Only 3/8″ on the hair? I cut mine 1/4 on the top and 1/8 on the sides. I guess it is the Army in me.

Maybe it's because I'm me, but I have trouble seeing myself looking like other people. So I'm not sure about the David Crowder look alike. But my wife wanted me to grow my hair to look like Jim from the Office, so if I succeeded, she'll be happy. Of course, this is a slightly out-of-date photo, as my hair is buzzed down to 3/8" now.
